Success at Trility is grounded in collaboration, contextually adapting to client problems, and remaining committed to quality. You’ll need to bring tenacity for challenging people and technology ecosystems, respect for complex problems, resilience to get back up when obstacles push you down, a desire to learn clients' businesses, and pride in delivering meaningful solutions.

From a technical standpoint, experience with practices like Scrum, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, Pair/Mob Programming, CI/CD, and Everything as Code gives you a strong foundation to thrive within our teams.
We ask our teams to holistically understand and refine our clients' problems and define their desired outcomes at the start. By learning what matters most to their business and systems, validating assumptions, and identifying project unknowns, our teams are positioned to deliver business value.

Our teams typically are led by a delivery consultant and a designated technical lead. We don’t throw numbers at client problems. In many cases, we even suggest a smaller, first-in team to assess and understand the challenge and then bring the right people to support the project. Our engagements have been made up of teams of anywhere between 1 and 25 people.
Our vision, mission, and values shape how we work and who we hire. Each person is part of a Trility area of business, with the majority serving on project teams for clients. To accomplish our vision and mission, we need our team members to become the best versions of themselves, where they feel seen, heard, and recognized. In turn, they provide this experience to their colleagues and our clients.
